An efficient three person team installed our new mini split system. Tarps were used to protect floors and furniture and ladders had pads taped to the legs to prevent scratches. Problems with the installation were handled professionally and with respect for our property. The new system seems to look and work great so far, ( less than 24 hours experience with it). The only potential issue was with the installation of the interior grill which seemed like it required much more than normal effort to get the supplied small bolts to thread in properly. Hopefully they have not cross threaded and can be removed again if necessary.
